2023 A Record Year for Submissions 

This year, we received more submissions than ever before and as always, were deeply impressed by the creativity, sophistication, and performance these CRM marketing activities generated. This year, we also added three new prizes, bringing the total number of awards to 11 across three categories. 

The winners were selected based on how advanced, sophisticated, ambitious, and impactful their CRM Marketing approach is. As always, we considered the incremental impact on their campaigns’ revenue and their use of intelligent orchestration tools, among others.
