Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be an Optimove customer to attend, or is Connect open to anyone?

open

Connect is open to anyone working in CRM marketing, whether or not you use Optimove. Three of the five session types are built for the whole room: Thought Leadership, Customer Spotlight and Strategic Spotlight. The platform-specific content is marked as such. You can fill two full days from the open sessions alone.

The agenda's session-type table settles this cleanly — three of five types are labelled for everyone. That makes this a real answer rather than a hedge, and it is the single most useful question on the page if you want Connect to bring in people who are not yet customers.

What kinds of sessions are on the agenda?

open

Five types. Thought Leadership covers where AI is taking Positionless Marketing. Customer Spotlights are brands on what they built and what it returned. Strategic Spotlights bring practitioner research. Maximizing Optimove and the Hands-on Workshops are for Optimove users.

Can I get Optimove certified while I am there?

open

Yes. The Optimove Certification runs across both days in the Certification Hall, starting 11:30 AM on day one. It is open to Optimove users and runs alongside the main programme, so plan your sessions around it.

This answer does not say the certification is included in the ticket price, because the agenda does not say so. If it is, that is worth adding — the stats band already claims 127 attendees earned one onsite, and a free certification is a strong reason to come.

What happens outside the sessions on the main stage?

open

Three Hands-on Workshops run in the Workshop Hall across both days, covering Optimove AI, the Optimove MCP and One Channel Power. There is also a Product Live Q&A on day two, the Optimove Awards Ceremony, and Connect and Cocktails on the first evening.

What do the two days actually cover?

open

Two days on the main stage, in the Breakout Hall, the Workshop Hall and the Certification Hall. Day one opens with keynotes from Pini Yakuel on Positionless Marketing in the AI era and Shai Frank on working from the surfaces you already use, and closes with James Hewitt of the Knowledge Work Lab on using AI as a coach rather than a crutch. Day two opens on where AI in marketing stands and where you can take it, then runs customer sessions on Ignite+, content decisioning, the real-time event to campaign funnel, and Agency services. Alongside all of it: Hands-on Workshops on Optimove AI and the MCP, the two-day Optimove Certification, a Product Live Q&A, the Awards Ceremony, and Connect and Cocktails.
