Terminal X is the leading fashion e-commerce website in Israel with over 200 brands including Mango, Adidas, Nike and others and hundreds of thousands of customers. They have been partnering with Optimove to enhance their customer segmentation and improve messaging personalization.

Challenge 

The company, Terminal X, focuses on customer experience and is known for its fast delivery service. However, they were not properly equipped for easy access to customers' first- and zero-party data to meet demands and deliver highly personalized messages.
