The Challenge
Stardust’s customer base has steadily grown, calling for a sophisticated solution to help scale its operational capabilities and deliver the best customer experience. The brand was seeking a platform to enhance and automate CRM marketing activities, with the ultimate goal of driving stronger player retention and increasing customer lifetime value.
