Optimove Connect is open to anyone who works in CRM marketing, whether or not you use Optimove — senior executives, marketing professionals, strategists, and practitioners. Over two days you'll get keynotes on where CRM marketing is heading, case studies from leading brands, and practitioner research you can use straight away.
Your Optimove Connect ticket includes both days of sessions and keynotes, breakfast and morning coffee on both days, lunch and afternoon coffee, Connect & Cocktails on the first evening, the Optimove Awards Ceremony, and the Product Live Q&A. Travel and accommodation aren't included.
The Optimove Connect agenda is built around five session types: Thought Leadership, Customer Spotlights, Strategic Spotlights, Maximizing Optimove, and Hands-on Workshops. Alongside the main stage there's a Product Live Q&A, the Optimove Awards Ceremony, and Connect and Cocktails on the first evening. The full agenda is live, with sessions added regularly.

Optimove Connect registrations can be cancelled up to 30 days before the conference, with a processing fee of up to 10% deducted from your refund. Cancellations after 8 February 2027, and no-shows, are not refunded. Team Pass registrations are non-refundable. Hotel and travel bookings are yours to cancel separately. To cancel, email connect@optimove.com with your full name and confirmation number.
Yes — Optimove Connect has arranged a special rate at the official conference hotel, Clayton Hotel City of London, 10 New Drum St, London E1 7AT. Reservations must be made by 22 February 2027 to secure the rate.
Nationals of certain countries need an ETA to enter the UK, which allows visits of up to 6 months. It costs £10, the fastest route is the UK ETA app, and decisions usually come within 3 working days. Check whether your country requires one on the official UK government page — and apply well before you travel to Optimove Connect.
There's no formal dress code at Optimove Connect — smart casual is recommended. Connect is about making connections between marketing professionals, so we want you comfortable.
