As a Sales Operations Manager, you will act as the glue of the organization, driving operational excellence, system efficiencies, and effective communication across the teams to create synergies and alignment. 

What you’ll be doing?

Analytics & Reporting

• Leads sales forecasting

• Evaluation of performance metrics, comparison to targets, planning, and forecasting

• Tracking and reporting of data, performance, targets with dashboard and resolution management across the company

GTM Strategy

• Supports go-to-market strategies

• Coordinates organizational planning processes

• Manage the sales process efficiency, boost productivity, and drive business performance and growth

• Support new strategic initiatives from kickoff through delivery

Field Ops

• Development and execution of organizational processes through frequent communication within channels around procedures

• Management and execution of sales & marketing actions and guidelines

• Management of divisional meetings and follow-ups of actions and open items

• Centralization of org policies and guidelines, updates to playbooks, sharing across the org


• Partners with Sales management to ensure process and technology efficiency

Sales Compensation

• Manage targets, quotas, allocations and commissions performance by market, team, roles, and verticals


• Minimum 5 years of Sales Operations experience

• An analytical and data-driven mind and approach

• Strong understanding of business and commercial ecosystems

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes, actively driving opportunities to resolution without supervision

• Ability to perform advanced computing functions

• Project coordination and change management skills with an ability to lead numerous (and simultaneous) projects to successful completion

• Familiarity with databases and sales software

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to multitask

• Naturally curious and proactive in learning
