Optimove is seeking a high-energy, ambitious and passionate sales professional for its new office in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first sales representatives in a rapidly growing company that is already an established market leader. In this position, you will develop and generate new business opportunities with prospective clients. You will target, educate and motivate new customers to embrace Optimove’s revolutionary software to meet their customer marketing needs. This role requires an autonomous self-starter with a dynamic & “start-up” like mindset


Responsibilities:

  • Build a full pipeline of opportunities through cold outreach and leveraging personal relationships across SEA , Hong Kong and Taiwan
  • Sell a set yearly quota of New Business by owning every step of the cycle and relationship
  • Attend conferences , marketing events and generate quality opportunities (includes travel)
  • Deliver Web-based and in-person sales presentations and demonstrations of variable technical complexity, responding to changing business needs
  • Collaborate closely with Optimove data-science, customer success, marketing and professional services departments to provide clarity on customer expectation and optimize customer success and experience both internally and externally
Requirements
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in one of the following fields: B2B Sales, SDR, Business Development, Customer Management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) – a must
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese \ Mandarin – big advantage
  • Additional language – advantage
  • Desire to perform long-cycle, high value consultative sales with senior business executives
  • Genuine interest and understanding of the business world beyond sales
  • A talent and desire to ask difficult and uncomfortable questions in order to identify the value of every opportunity
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to technical concept and eloquently convey their value to potential customers
  • A desire to work in and learn from a very multi-cultural and international environment
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Experience with sales operation tools (CRM, prospecting, sequencing, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative
  • Experience with online software sales (SaaS) preferred
  • This is a full-time position at Optimove’s Singapore headquarters
  • Occasional travel is required
