We are looking for a Director of FP&A to play a key role in supporting the company’s growth while having a significant impact on our company’s business goals. The Director of FP&A is an essential member of the Finance leadership team, reporting to the VP of Finance and working closely with cross-functional interfaces, including senior management, business operations, sales and more. In this role, you will be driving strategic and financial planning, reporting, forecasting and analysis to drive business insights to support the Company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP Finance with the long-term financial plan which will form part of the strategic planning process
  • Own the reporting package and presentations for the financial results, forecasts and analysis.
  • Lead the budgeting and rolling forecasts, identifying risks & opportunities, providing insight and commentary as required and challenge business decision making
  • Provide real insight related to actual performance vs budget, forecast/last year and use that insight to improve financial results.
  • Development of management reporting to enhance insights and support ongoing decision making
  • Ad hoc financial analysis to help operating/commercial colleagues make the right decisions for the business. This analysis could relate to: pricing, contract profitability, cost control etc
Requirements
  • Accounting qualification or a relevant Master degree – A must
  • Previous FP&A experience in a SaaS company – A must
  • Budgetary control experience  
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and modeling skills
  • Project management skills
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)
  • Strong attention to details along with a wide business understanding
  •  Proactive & results-driven approach
