 We are looking for a recruiting Rockstar to build and lead a global Talent Acquisition team, build and implement hiring strategies and bring new initiatives to attract talents globally. This person will need to lead the implementation of new recruiting methodologies and scalable processes and help us continue to grow. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Optimove’s global Talent Acquisition team and ensure effective allocation of work to support business resourcing needs and growth at all sites.
  • Build an effective recruiting strategy that supports Optimove’s massive global growth in 2022 and beyond
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring efforts forward, meeting and overachieving our goals
  • Work closely with the company’s leadership to effectively forecast and execute hiring plans while creatively overcoming setbacks
  • Creatively manage and develop our sourcing channels (agencies, social, friend referral etc.); Initiate the establishment of new hiring channels to extend our market reach
  • Manage and develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers and the leadership teams
  • Communicate and report talent acquisition activity and results to the business on a regular basis
Requirements
  • 2-3 years leading/managing sourcing/recruiting teams with 8+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting.
  • Expert knowledge of talent acquisition practices including sourcing, attraction, interviewing/ assessment, and getting candidates on board
  • Experience in global recruiting is a must!
  • Results-oriented: Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; heightened ability to build and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the correct workflow between candidates, the hiring team, and the business
  • Most important – Passion for recruitment in all aspects – sourcing, staffing, on boarding and more!
  • Fluent English – must!
