Responsibilities:
· AP cycle management including processing multi-currencies invoices, new vendors setting-up, maintaining approval flow
· Direct communication with vendors and employees on an ongoing basis
· Responsibility for monthly payments in accurate and timely manner
· Manage several credit cards including recording transactions on a daily basis and perform monthly reconciliations
· Responsibility on several bank accounts (local and foreign) including recording daily JE’s and monthly reconciliation
· Support month, quarter, and year closing procedures
· Working in a multicurrency and international environment
· Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)- a must
· 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a Hi-Tech or global company – a must
· High-level of English (both spoken and written)- a must
· Highly organized, strong attention to details, multitasking
· Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations
· Team player with a proactive approach
· Availability for a full-time position (hybrid model)
· Experience with Netsuite ERP system – advantage
