

Optimove: Marketing Action Optimization
Optimove is a software product (SaaS or on-premises) for use by marketers in Internet companies, such as Internet gaming, e-commerce and subscription-based online services. While no analytics expertise is required, experienced analysts will greatly appreciate the systematic approach to running and measuring marketing actions.
With Optimove, marketers and retention experts maximize the impact of every marketing action, by systematically achieving the best match between every marketing action and every customer (user, player, subscriber) or group of customers.
How it Works
At first, the marketer uses Optimove to systematically manage the execution of every marketing action (e.g., offers, incentives, upgrades), using the following steps:

Optimove analyzes all results in the background, to understand how dozens of different behavior-based micro-segments have responded to each marketing action. After a while, Optimove will begin accurately predicting what each customer will do in response to the various marketing actions available. Based on this analysis,the
software recommends the most effective action for each micro-segment, in terms of both immediate uplift and customer lifetime value (LTV). All results are fully measurable, and may be reviewed any time in a variety of reports.
